02.02.2004 As well as it was promised, today's updating has touched the section "Theatres":

If you think, that now this section contains all theatres of city of Novosibirsk, you are mistaken! Novosibirsk by the right can apply for a rank of theatrical capital of Siberia. In the near future the section will be filled up with photos of buildings of theatre "On the Left coast", theatre at "The House of the actor" and Sergey Afanasev's city drama theatre (which new building will be constructed by summer of 2004).
In end I want to share one more news which, unfortunately, in due time did not inform. At the end of the last year, on November, 18, 2003 in the State Kremlin Palace VIII Solemn ceremony of rewarding by the Premium «the Russian National Olympus» has taken place. Under the decision of jury in a nomination "The Honourable title" Novosibirsk has been named "City of Russia 2002-2003". To learn about competition more in detail, and also to familiarize with the full list of winners it is possible on a site of "the Russian National Olympus".
01.19.04 "PhotoN" has updated again! On January, 12 in Novosibirsk be held IV festival of snow sculptures which participants became commands from nine cities of the Russian Federation and the other countries. The first place took the command from Irkutsk, presented a sculpture "Salvatore Dali". The second place was got by sculptors from Baikalsk with work "Dreamer". The third place was borrowed with a command from the city of Perm. The command from Moscow has received special diploma from mayor of city of Novosibirsk. The festival was carried out in territory of Pervomajskij park and over week magnificent sculptures draw attention of the townspeople and visitors of city.

Year 2003 was successful for "PhotoN" - on results of voting (September, November, October) the site has been awarded with the letter of the winner of Internet-competition of personal pages "Web Priznanie" (russian)! Voting will be continued in April, 2004 when the jury of competition will define finalists. While the site is transferred in a "VIP" category.
Unfortunately, I had to refuse the flash-version of a site. At present I do not have enough free time for support simultaneously two versions (html and flash). In any case quality and quantity of photos from it will not suffer, and the flash-version, probably, will appear again in future.
So long message was to be finished on the optimistical note: "PhotoN" still ahead, has many interesting ideas which will be by all means embodied. Watch news!
